What's better than going out for a ride? The answer is going out with for a ride with like-minded friends. From a short ride out to a longer tour, with banter and laughs thrown in. Being social is all part of the club ethos, and we try and have regular meet-ups to have a few beers and share a few laughs.

We are a UK-based motorcycle club exclusively for serving and retired soldiers from the seven regiments of the Household Division who share a passion for life on two wheels.
Although our spiritual home will always be Pirbright - the historic home of the Guards Depot - we operate without regional chapters, boundaries, or restrictions. Wherever you are, if you've served in the Household Division and enjoy riding, you're welcome to come and join.
The aim of the group is to foster brotherhood among motorcycle-riding Veterans of the Household Division, raise funds for military and other nominated charities, and encourage safe and enjoyable riding while fostering social connection and lasting comradeship among our members.

Membership is open exclusively to those currently serving, or who have previously served, in one of the Regiments of the British Army's Brigade of Guards: The Life Guards, The Blues and Royals, The Grenadier Guards, The Coldstream Guards, The Scots Guards, The Irish Guards, and The Welsh Guards.
To apply, prior service in one of the above Regiments is essential. Proof of service must be provided before any application for full membership will be considered. Applicants must also hold a full motorcycle licence.
Membership applications from all serving or veteran members of the Household Division are welcome and will be reviewed by the Secretary, President and Vice-President. Geographic location does not affect eligibility.
For all membership or any general enquiries, please contact: Secretary@hdvrc.club
Associate Membership is available to 'significant others,' family and friends. Associate members must be known to the club and be supported by a proposer and seconder who are full members. Only the approved 'Associate' insignia may be worn.
Gold is used to reflect the status of the Household Division as the personal bodyguards of the Monarch of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The background colours - Blue, Red, Blue - represent the traditional colours of the Household Division
The badge consists of a roundel with a gold border, featuring the words "British Army" at the top and "Household Division" at the bottom. At its centre are the British Army crossed swords with a lion statant guardant above the Queen's Crown, set against the traditional Blue-Red-Blue colours of the Household Division. Two small poppies feature at the 1500 and 2100 positions to signify remembrance.
Service-related qualifications - such as wings, crossed swords, crossed rifles and other military pins or patches - may be worn. Other military or non-military patches are also permitted, provided they are relevant to the individual and not offensive.
No location patches, or any patches that could be interpreted as claiming a territory or area, may be worn alongside, above, or below the HDVRC patch. Back-worn patches must not resemble a three-piece patch (i.e., no rockers).
Associate Members may wear only the approved associate insignia.
As you would imagine being Household Division Veterans, we take remembrance seriously. From attending Remembrance at our spiritual home, Pirbright through to our annual pilgrimage to the National Memorial Arboretum for The Ride To The Wall, we are proud to pay our respects to our fallen heroes.
